Brave King Exkizer comes from the “Brave” or “Yuusha” series from Takara. Each of the eight Brave series was a separate and self-contained story, focusing on transforming robots. Brave Fighter Exkizer was the hero of the first of these series. Now, these were all broadcast in Japan in the ‘90s, when Transformers G2 had fallen out of the limelight, and Takara was looking for a replacement series, learning from the Transformers experience with the US . The result, in partnership with Sunrise was this series of spectacular cartoons.

Straight from the television screen to your toy shelf comes Brave Exkizer MP-B01.  Designed and manufactured by Takara this transforming robot stands 10 inches tall and is about as anime accurate as a toy can be. This engineering marvel transforms from a robot to a car to a trailer. Definitely one of the best Takara has produced to date!
