What payment methods does Toyfreakz accept? For your convenience, we offer a wide range of payment methods. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit Cards. We also accept Paypal, Money Orders / Cashier's Checks, and Personal Checks. Personal checks may be held up to 10 days while the payment clears.
When will my order ship? Your order will generally leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible and will always choose the most appropriate carrier. Currently we use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Three Day Select.
Does Toyfreakz ship internationally? Yes! We will ship to most countries around the world. We ship by several carriers, including USPS and UPS.
What is the Toyfreakz return policy?
Unopened items: We are happy to assist you with returning unopened items. The unopened items must be returned within 30 days of the product being purchased. We will gladly refund the entire purchase price of the item, less shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or the original method of payment. If the product is not in original condition, the refund may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please contact customer service prior to returning any items.
Defective items: If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect we will be happy to ship out a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your defective product. We will cover all shipping charges to and from our warehouse on defective items. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item. If a replacement is not available, we will offer either a store credit or a full refund.
