Cool Rockets Space Tub Fleet Edition

Cool Rockets is a line of resin-cast, hand-finished rocket ships, all inspired by comics, TV, and toys from the 40’s and 50’s. Created by Jeff Brewer, a film and special-effects model maker in Northern California , Cool Rockets offers a unique collection that is handmade, beautifully finished and just plain “cool”!  All the designs are original inspirations of an era, not copies of some vehicle you’ve seen in a movie or TV show.

Space Tub is a real comic piece!  A solid and well-balanced rocket, the look is inspired by a couple of different “Mighty Mouse” story images. The Space Tub gives a real sense of motion and space perched on the end of its billowing trail of blast-off smoke, leaving no doubt that it’s in a big hurry to get somewhere. The hand-applied rusty patina gives this fabulous rocket that well-used retro look that has come to define Cool Rockets.
